Description:
Sorey is one of the few humans capable of seeing magical beings known as Seraphim. While exploring ruins near the Seraphim village Elysia, he and Mikleo find a human knight and learn of the outside world, which is being plagued by Malevolence, causing misfortune, strife, and demonic transformations. Sorey soon finds himself tasked with solving this outbreak of Malevolence, but he must do so without succumbing to it himself.

The bridge still isn't being worked on, since the currents are too strong. We need an Earth Seraph for this. Unfortunately, Alisha will temporarily leave the party to manage the situation, which means we're back to only one human and one Seraph.

11:27 Boss: Mountain Troll and Zaveid (Hard)
At first, you'll exchange some blows against the Mountain Troll, who is weak to Tiger Blade. However, Zaveid shows up and kills it with his special gun. He disagrees with the party's belief that Hellions should be spared and saved. He also wants to beat us up to prevent us from going up the mountain, since we'll just get eaten by a dragon.
Zaveid isn't as strong as the Echidna, but you have only half the party. He can cast artes quickly and you'll have to sidestep them rather than guard them in normal form.
After you deal enough damage, Zaveid cuts the fight off and leaves.

There's an automatic armadillo skit for some reason. Lailah is so weird.
On the way up, one of the assassins attacks because he thinks Sorey is pretending to be a Shepherd and is causing public unrest.
Eventually, you'll run into a dragon, who Lailah mistakens for Edna. However, the real Edna shows up.
A battle will start against the dragon, Eizen, but you must run away. Afterwards, you are automatically taken to the bottom of the mountain. The group asks Edna to help her, but she's reluctant to because she detests humans. However, she decides to help us anyways, since we might do something about her dragonized brother once we get stronger.
However, when you return to Falkewind Hillside, you'll be ambushed the assassin guilds' boss.
36:36 Boss: Female Assassin (Hard)
One combo from her is enough to down Sorey, so if you can't perfectly time quicksteps, Sorey is going down. However, while she can damage Seraphim, she won't actively target them if they're not in Armatus state, since she can't see them. This means you could have the Seraph partner solo her. You can also try using Armatus to even the playing field, but it's still pretty hard. The Earth Armatus has a spell that creates damaging satellites around you and their healing move also damage the area around them, making this the ideal choice for taking her out.
The assassin resists neutral attacks, making it hard to use most martial artes. You'll have to make sure every arte you use has an element tied to it.

The assassin boss collapses, but is rescued by the Seraph, Dezel, who uses her as a pure vessel. Somehow, she and the assassins are pure-hearted despite their line of work.
Edna agrees to use earth magic to raise platforms in the river, though she teases Sorey for being a straight-laced cliche hero.
The Seraphim advise Sorey to wait until midnight, since using Edna's powers in front of people will cause them to fear Sorey. It feels more in-character for Sorey to start the plan immediately though. Plus, as Sorey implies, we're going to have to face the people's scorn sooner or later.
Alisha will rejoin, but you'll be stuck on the east side of the bridge. Before entering Marlin, be sure to grab everything, but make sure to avoid the mutant bird Hellion.

Once you enter, you'll have to fight two Hellionized dogs. They are weak to earth, so either use Shatterfang to start a combo or use Earth Armatus.
There's a Malevolence-based hound head that you can destroy with the fire action.
