I got very very frustrated while playing earthbound because there are way too many enemies that explode or do a powerful attack after you kill them and their only purpose is to make you waste your time and resources to heal everyone back to full so you can continue. However every once in a while your team is already low on hp so they end up dieing from one of these encounters so you then have to teleport back to a town so you can revive them which causes you to waste time running back.
This happened to me 3 times total while playing the game so when i encountered a new exploding enemy i decided to air out my frustrations with this rant.
