It has almost been a year and the major changes I have seen are as follows:

2 new maps have been added
New enemy type (one boss, one special, one standard variant)
Revamped AI (At least it is better than before)
Lore System (Cool extra tidbits you can find)
Performance changes (Still has stuttering issues and frame rate dips)
Revamped Sounds (Still a lot of missing or awkward transitions for music)

For a year's work, it is a good step forward. The main issue is still with the performance (granted, playing on Epic) and the lack of levels compared to other games in the genre.
