Tribute to Thick44, The Wyvern King and Brother in Arks.

Step 1: gather crystal and place in 0 spot (far right) of your toolbelt.
Step 2: hop onto the back of your new wyvern friend. This can be tricky. Try to get on their neck and not a wing or the tail.
Step 3: feed them crystals as they become hungry.
Step 4: profit...

Notes:
Be patient, it can take minutes between feedings.
Use care to not move while surfing the wild wyvern as the slightest slip can make you fall off the wyvern. Bring parachutes!
Use even more care to not accidentally shoot, punch or bola the wyvern. LOL, or do if curious.
Crouch or prone to avoid getting removed by trees or cliffs.
