In this tutorial, I’ll be showing you how to downgrade your iPhone 4S & iPad 2 to iOS 6.1.3! This is a simple method for downgrading. For some reason Apple currently has iOS 6.1.3 signed so you can downgrade with iTunes with no problem! If you are getting errors try to put your iPhone/iPad into DFU Mode.
