Hello mga Ka-Hoshi
ang sarap lang kumain ng food na nag papa alala na ang buhay ay simple lang. kagaya ng mga ingredients na ginamit ko na pwedeng makita sa local market. Usually eh prini-prito natin ung daing tapos ung mantikang ginamit , gagamitin natin sa pag luto ng sinangag . this time nilagyan ko ung sinangag ng daing meat at luya para mawala ang lansa at pag add na din nang flavor sa ating sinangag :)

Ingredients:
3 cloves chopped garlic
Small size chopped ginger
Dried sliced Chili
Srambled egg
Dried Daing meat (chopped)
Salt & Pepper TT (To Taste)
1 to 2 Cup rice
Daing Fish
Note: you can soak dried Daing sa water for several hours para mabawasan ung alat :)
Procedure:
1. Heat pan to medium fire, Add Oil and fry Daing Fish, set aside
2. Using the same pan , saute daing meat, ginger , garl8c and chili
3. add rice and mix it, Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Put fried rice in the side if the pan , and pour scrambled egg untill cook, then mix fried rice and egg together.
Note: you can add MSG, Soy Sauce or Oysters sauce (defends on your preferred taste ๐)
5. Serve hot, happy eating
