In this video, I'm going to share with you the potato strategy that worked for me so you can EASILY defeat Godrick the Grafted inside the Stormveil Castle in Elden Ring. To do this we need to first get 3 essential things besides the best gear and weapons that you have available:

First of all, we are going to need to find our new best friend, the Jellyfish. If you missed it, you will need to go back to the Stormhill Shack, talk to the lovely lady nonstop until she gives it to you.
Second, BEFORE you reach the last checkpoint prior to the boss battle, check out this little room right here where you will meet Nepheli Loux, another tarnished. Talk to her nonstop and she will offer her help against Godrick.
Finally, I did a lot of tests with my weapons and magic damage really seems to be the best way against Godrick. I gave a magical affinity to my Partisan by attaching the Glimstone Pebble ash of war for decent damage while striking up close or using the skill from a short distance. But the most interesting was using the Uchigatana with Carian Greatsword. The ability takes a lot of time to activate, but there were TWO very rare occasions where dealing normal blows to its left leg dealt MASSIVE, and I mean MASSIVE damage. I never knew exactly what this was, but, that may help you if you go with this weapon.

Once you have all of these things set is time to fight. And, well, there's not much to explain, really. Summon the Nepheli using the golden text near the mist, then starting the fight summon Mrs. Jellyfish and... that's it. Let the massacre begin! Because Godrik will be very busy with the other two and you can keep attacking from behind. Just keep an eye on some of Godrick's attacks in case he targets you, especially the tornado where you need to hold your blocking position until he starts rolling, the jumping strike, that can be easily avoided dodging slightly after you see him above you; and the one where he shatters the ground, where you can hold your shield and move backward.

Once you pass the first half of his life gauge there will be a nice surprise, but the strategy remains the same. Keep hitting him hard while the others do the dirty work, keep an eye on your health and he'll be down soon enough.
