Not a perfect run, but it shows the tactic. Don't be a noob like me and get hit by the blade during her first attack, it hurts a LOT (3 of those can kill you).
She bugs at the narrow end of the tunnel, as you can see in the video if you stand in the narrow part she will blink past you. If you float at the ceiling she will bug and spawn all bullets on top of eachother.
