Mainly this is an easycap setup, I figured with my experience, I will do this.
You need:
easycap(capture card)
double side AV cables(1)
3 male to two female splitters
system
computer
recording Software(Ulead in this video)

This video will tell you:

-Setting up an easycap using AV composites(no s video or HDMI)
-Setting up the settings in Ulead to capture in good quality
-Tips and pointers on how to make the video smaller(when I started talking about codecs)
-A little CODEC explanation(very important for compressing good quality videos(i suggest Xvid, Divx codecs)
