A couple of corrections: I do say 50 keys in the beginning but I mean 30. Since I finished the event in 50 mins. I got it mixed up. Also, I say emerald hill for the first key's locations but it is the green hill area.

Keys spawn in one area every 10 mins for 7 mins.

Emeralds Spawn in every area every 5 mins for 3 mins.
