Things You'll Need:
Gingerbread Egg Nog Thumbprints:
Ginger molasses cookies
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup molasses
1 egg, room temperature
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ tablespoons of candied ginger, finely chopped
Egg Nog filling
4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons egg nog
1/16 th teaspoon rum extract (a few drops)
Decoration
½ cup granulated sugar for rolling

I had so much fun #baking these delicious #cookies with my friend Jet Tila! Even if you dont like Eggnog they are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Keep in mind that these cookies are packed with flavor, so you really only need to eat a few at a time this #holiday season!
