3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Decoration
3-inch circle cookie cutter
Black candy melts
Royal icing: black and white
Haribo Sour Streamers Gummi Candy: green and red
Gummy orange slices
Mini M&ms: green and red
30 Large marshmallows
30 mini marshmallows
