Elden RIng: Commander O'Neil
1If it wasn't for your horse this would probably be the hardest boss up to this point in the game.
In phase 1 he's fairly passive and lets his summoned soldiers do the heavy lifting while he provides buffs.
In phase 2 he starts becoming more agressive.
In phase 3 he summons 3 axe wielders and will be buff them as well as slowly approach you menacingly. Once they're all dead beware scarlet rot. It's effectively the toxic status effect.
Real talk if it wasn't for the summons he uses I'd probably try to 1v1 him without a horse but I'll leave more skilled players to that.
Also as of this video being uploaded Commander O'Neil is not on the Wiki as a boss fight yet which makes me think there's still plenty of discoveries being made even with the people that got early copies and probably a datamine sooner or later.
