Elder Scrolls Online Fungal Grotto 1 [2021 Dungeon Guide]
Today’s video is the first in a new series of ESO dungeon runs, starting with Fungal Grotto 1.
The Fungal Grotto dungeon is located in the western area of Stonefalls, in the Ebonheart Pact region, one of the major factions in The Elder Scrolls Online. It has 5 bosses: 2 main bosses, 3 mini-boss encounters and several mob encounters. The quest/story is that Vila Theran wants you to clear this goblin and dreugh infested cave, so that she can access a shrine that is hidden within the grotto.
Jack will run each dungeon on the list in Elder Scrolls Online as a reference for players who want to see what they are facing before jumping in - both base game and DLC. Fungal Grotto is a base game dungeon that is fairly simple and straight forward. It is meant to be ran with a 4 person group, but can be soloed if your character is tuned right and can manage to deal damage and sustain damage taken.
As promised in the video, here is the list of sets that can be farmed in Fungal Grotto:
Light: Spider Cultist
Medium: Viper’s Sting
Heavy: Dreugh King Slayer
Monster Set: Kra’gh (Veteran only)
Here are the time stamps for each boss fight:
7:04 - Tazkad the Packmaster
8:41 - Warchief Ozazai
14:36 - Broodbirther
16:59 - Clatterclaw
18:31 - Kra’gh the Dreugh King (Endboss)
Question: What is the most difficult content you have tried to solo so far (dungeon or arena)?
For Spy, it has been the Vateshran Hollows Arena. For Jack, it has been the Maelstrom Arena. The mechanics make these a bit more difficult to navigate and survive than a dungeon.

When we started, we hit the ground running down a narrow path. That has changed. We realized, rather quickly, that we're better than the credit we gave ourselves. That being said, we're still evolving. We know we're not on the level of more well known publications—yet.
We consider ourselves professionals. So, you can expect a touch of professionalism in everything we put out. If not, feel free to speak up. We believe in the concept of continuous improvement. Which leads to another thing you’ll find here: diverse perspectives.
We believe tolerance of differing views is essential to community—and that's what we're here to achieve after all: building a community
