Rotations:

First off, we can treat each rotation as the same, regardless of if we are using the Vampire Spammable or Ricochet Skull (or Force Pulse/Elemental Weapon for that matter). Key to the rotation is casting Blastbones (BB) as often as possible. Ideally, this will be 1-in-3 skills, but sometimes it can be 1-in-4 or more, so you'll have to prepare for that.

In between, keep your DOTs refreshed. Unstable Wall or Elemental Blockade as the most important followed by Orb, Boneyard, Skeletal Mage, Siphon, Barbed Trap would be a rough order of priority. When nothing else needs casting, our spammable will be the next in line to be cast. If things don't quite line up, don't be afraid to recast one or two DOTs a little early. Nothing really changes in execute.
