I fast traveled to the Whiterun Stables, and found a group of gentlemen all featuring the same attire. It appears they are triplets, or an example of the illusion spell "decoy". Perhaps this is a conjuration spell gone horribly wrong! Whatever the case, the useless yet immortal men also appear to have the power to phase through the solid ground... As a true bigot nord who hates all things magic, I proceed to rid Nirn of the horrid abominations!! Overall, another fine day in Skyrim.
