Porsche will offer two Taycan flavors – Turbo and Turbo S to start. Both produce 616 horsepower (459 kilowatts), but there’s an overboost function that allows the Turbo to create 671 hp (500 kW) and the Turbo S to make 751 hp (560 kW). Torque is 627 pounds-feet (850 Newton-meters) 774 lb-ft (1,049 Nm), respectively. While the Turbo S has more power, the regular Turbo has a longer range, 237-280 miles versus 241-256 miles, though that’s on Europe’s testing cycle. Those figures could change for the U.S.

The Taycan Turbo starts at an eye-watering $153,310 with the Turbo S commanding $187,610.
