0The Central Park Rangers are the main antagonists of Elf. Although they don't show up until the climax, they are the closest thing the film has to "villains" due to attempting to arrest Santa as an act of revenge for him putting them on the naughty list for their "questionable methods" despite the fact that they are aware that they would be preventing millions of children from receiving their Christmas presents.
