Here is the unboxing and setup of the Elgato HD60. The software setup is the same for any Windows PC, and basically the same for any MAC (you just have to download a different version of the software).

The setup for PS4 is fairly simple and as it says in the video you need to make sure you remove the "checked" enable HDCP.
