I share a few of my settings for playing Elite Dangerous Odyssey (4.0) in VR on my Quest 2. I summarise these below, but as you'll see in this video, I tend to experiment a lot while playing too. Nothing is set in stone, but I try to get the best possible settings for my system (PC specs below).

My Elite Dangerous 4.0 settings:

Oculus desktop app:
72Hz, 1.2 SS (4864 x 2448)

In-game:
VR Low preset as a baseline
Medium textures
SMAA anti-aliasing
AMD FSR 1.0
HMD image quality 1.5 (adjust this as per your own system specs)
