With 24hrs left until launch or Elite Dangerous Odyssey, Frontier have finally decided to release the hardware requirements for the update. Also this week, they have made some clarification on exactly what the separation between Horizons and Odyssey players will mean for the game.

Last week Frontier dropped a bit of a bombshell, explaining that Horizons and Odyssey players will not be able to instance with each other under any circumstances before the launch on consoles. This naturally led to a lot of confusion and Frontier have sought to clarify this. So let’s take a look at what they said.
