The Bookkeeper, located in the Colorado Location. This turned into a mess when I forgot to hide from a guard in time and he noticed a body so I was unable to achieve silent assassin from that point onwards. I decided to use the sniper rifle at that point and managed to start a fight with a few guards before finally killing the target and making a clean getaway.
