-Just place that folder in your levels art folder, so that it has its own folder, then import in from asset browser. Dont forget to Control-F7 to rebuild collisions after placing it.
I also made it into a crude waterslide in the video and show how to change the colors in addition to making it from scratch.
I would not make this a mod, a jbeam mod will only have the surface friction of asphalt. I never understood why they would make it so the mods normals are in a way that the side that interacts with the ground can have varying surface proprieties but the side that the tire touches is all asphalt all the time.
