Making a new particle of Ice Shavings to replace Grass Shavings
Since this map is snow without grass I can use the terrain paint for grass that is linked to grass particle. But replace the grass shavings with ice shavings. Change the texture paint of grass to ice, then edit the ground model for the grass to behave like ice. The particular emitters assigned to the games core functions seem to be locked away in some code. Only by hijacking one from the install folder can this work that I can see. However you do not want to change the games install folder files so you copy the particles from the gameengine.zip and place it in your levels art/shapes/particles. Which you will create by pasting the coped folder from the installs gameengine.zip. You just have to be dam sure you do not "save modified emmiters to file" but instead "save to level" Or you will overwrite the one in the zipped file. Making your level not be accepted for Repo.
