I wanted to play a comfort game to relax for a while, so made up a fairly simple challenge for pokemon emerald \o/

im not good at video games so don't judge me for making it fairly easy :^)

Starter Rules:
-You can only use pokemon with a maximum BST (in Gen III) of 460.
-You have to catch every single usable pokemon in the game (does not include post-game).
-(full rules in google doc up above because they change over time).
