Current rules:
-You can only use pokemon with a maximum BST (in Gen III) of 460.
-You have to catch every single usable pokemon in the game (does not include post-game, nor the really annoying stuff).
-You have to spin the wheel every time someone in chat redeem a specific reward with channel points. If you don't have channel points, just do it once an hour (or something else of your choice).
-(full rules in google doc up above because they change over time).
Wheel rules in effect:
-Maximum BST is now 450.
-Routes 111 and 119 are now banned for catching anything.
