Emiliani Enterprises, leading beauty product distributors and educational experts in the world, hosted the 2012 Emiliani Beauty Expo, Runway V, and American Vidal Sassoon tribute from October 20-22nd at the NJ Convention and Expo Center in Edison, NJ for over 8,000 professionals and students in the salon and fashion industries.

The revolutionary event commenced on October 20th with a red carpet opening night gala dedicated to Vidal Sassoon's legacy. World-renowned stylists, celebrities and beauty industry elite came together to honor the late beauty icon and celebrate his unforgettable contribution to the beauty and fashion industries. The tribute was hosted by Sharie Manon and included inspirational speeches from Vidal's son Elan Sassoon; world renowned hairdresser Tim Hartley, and famous hairstylist Ted Gibson. The show's producer and VP of Emiliani Enterprises Andre Chiavelli; Emiliani Family; and So Cap presented Elan Sassoon with a check for The Vidal Sassoon Professional Beauty Education Scholarship program.
In a heartfelt celebration, Vidal Sassoon's iconic looks were showcased in a runway show finale, featuring Emiliani Beauty Expo's main stage artists including Tim Hartley, Damien Carney, Fernando Romero, Patrick McIvor, Scott Cole, Linda Yodice, Noogie Thai, Jennifer Sparveri, Daniel Roldan, Ammon Carver, Boyd Parris, Tina Crenshaw, Raul Da Luz, Leanne Shade, Lenny Strand, Faye Judson, Lonn Bogart Jr, Ian Browning, Anna Cantu, Leonel Rodriquez and Rocky Vitelli. In a surprising show finale, hair artist Phillip Wilson, fashion designer Elisa Jimenez from the hit television show Project Runway and global make up expert, Laura Dee Shelly performed a never-been-done-before demonstration by creating a "runway ready" look in front of a live audience. The rest of the night consisted of a cocktail hour, meet and greet with the artists, red carpet interviews, and a preview of the show floor.
