Enable 4K Recording at 60FPS (Galaxy S8/Note 8)

Here's a quick tutorial on how to enable 4K recording at 60FPS on your Galaxy S8 or Note 8. Only the Exynos variants of the S8/Note 8 are able to do this trick as the chipset supports it. Qualcomm variants unfortunately don't support 4K recording at 60FPS. You do not need to be rooted to follow this tutorial.
