It is possible to activate Facebook TImeline using the developer hack by just creating a developer hack and choosing Open Graph Settings.
1 First go to Facebook Developers Page.

2 You might have to sign in again even if you are.

3 Create a New App. Enter the application name and a name space. I figured it out later what I as doing with name space was wrong.

4 You might have to enter verification code.

5 Namespace should be always in small not in caps. I guess facebook should auto convert this.

6 Done that, Go to Open Graph

7 Now Add a Action and Object. Like TImeline and Facebook

8 You might get some error, keep trying or skip to see if the actions and objects got inside.

9 Now go to dashboard and edit some settings here and there.

10 Now if you visit your Facebook Page, An Invite should be waiting for you.
