If you want the follow below mentioned feature, you need Metro UI Tweaker :

You can disable the Windows Metro Start Menu, Remove the Explorer Ribbon Menu Integration and Add Windows 8 Lock, Loggoff, Restart, Sleep, Shutdown added to Windows 8 Metro Start as tiles.

Every time you make a change you will need to restart your Windows 8 machine. However since rebooting is fast, it will not take much time.

It may so happen that the software will be checked by Smart Screen feature to find the reputation of the software and on Off feature of Windows 8.

Also it is possible that you will be opted to turn off or on some feature in order to use the app.
