Starting Windows 8 now it is possible to have multiple password for a Windows 8 User account by using features like PIn and Picture Password along with a Local Password or Live ID Connected Account.

Pin Based Password help you to create smart password where it logs you in as soon as you enter the correct 4 digit password.

Picture Based Password lets you choose 3 patterns using circle or click / tap on a picture.

All these options once setup is displayed under Login options right under your user name in the Login Screen.
