13We are back at Descanso Gardens (one of favorite places to visit in Los Angeles) for their annual winter time event… Enchanted: Forest of Light. This is a MUST-VISIT event, not only for the beautiful lights, but the use of calming music, installations, water reflections, and DELICIOUS FOOD!

Enchanted Forest of Light is an interactive, nighttime experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles, featuring a one-mile walk through unique lighting experiences in some of the most beloved areas of Descanso Gardens.
New this year will be an entire town of magical stained-glass creations built in the Rose Garden by contemporary sculptor Tom Fruin. Popular returning favorites returning include sparkling, swirling installations from HYBYCOZO on the Main Lawn, Flower Power on the Promenade and exquisite lighting effects in the Ancient Forest.
Enchanted is a rain-or-shine event. Tickets are non-refundable, have timed entry and must be purchased in advance.

Enchanted Forest of Light runs daily from 5:30 to 10pm starting Sunday, Nov. 21 and ending Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022. The event is closed on Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving), Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve), and Dec. 25 (Christmas Day).
Descanso Gardens is located at 1418 Descanso Drive, La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011, near the intersection of the 210 and 2 freeways. It is a 20-minute drive from downtown Los Angeles.
General admission tickets for adults, children (2–18), and seniors are $25–$28 for members and $32–$35 for nonmembers. Children under 2 enter free but still require a ticket. Descanso Gardens members receive a $7 discount per ticket.
The event route is about 1 mile long, and takes most visitors about one hour to complete. Allow one and a half hours to experience Enchanted. It is accessible for strollers, wheelchairs and mobility assistance devices. Evenings in La Cañada Flintridge can be chilly so please dress warmly. Participants are encouraged to wear walking shoes.
A number of food and beverage options are available both before, during and after the Enchanted experience.
