Just sharing the current state of the Steam launcher for Encounter. At the moment all you can do is change the language, a couple video parameters, launch and stop the emulator, and I just added the possibility to remember where it was last positioned on the screen so you don't have to move it back every single time.

The Launcher is so far pure Win32 code, the code will also be available when I'm happy with the structure, right now it's a jumbled mess based on one of Visual Studio's standard Win32 templates, but it works: At least the executable is just a tad under 400 kilobytes and since it's statically linked does not require any addition dependency to be installed.
