End game Blender build - Path of Exile (3.1 Abyss)
282Blade Vortex is nothing new and is known to be very strong skill. So i took it to end game, using new elder/shaper mods on items and build turned out great. Blends all tier maps and the only strugle may be because it has very short range and certain bosses are harder. More info below.

Using Essence crafted helmet for 30% more elemental damage and lvl20 Hypothermia, so it is pseudo 6 link setup: Blade Vortex + Increased Critical Strikes + Spell focus + Physical to Lightning.
Can be used in 6 link body armour with something like Added Fire damage, Increased Critical Damage supports.

CWDT setup for lvl1 Vortex + Inc. AoE for easy auto chills. Also useful to have but not mandatory, self cast Vortex with Faster casting and inc. aoe for reliable chills.
Another CWDT setup with Immortal Call + inc. duration.

Hatred and Clarity aura. Vaal Grace + Inc. Duration (+ Efficacy for more duration). Flame Dash.
Shield charge + faster attacks + fortify + culling strike for moving and extra defensive mechanic and culling high HP bosses.

Could also try using Shockwave totem since it scales like Blade Vortex but damage isn't that good. Maybe even Blade Fall for more ranged and safer play against certain bosses.

Multiple options. Sceptres can get 3 extra damage mods, daggers have more crits. Could probably do without shaper/elder items.
Elder's ring with Warlords Mark on hit is very nice to have instead of CWDT warlords mark.
Shaper gloves with global chance to blind adds extra defensive layer.
Leech or regen enchantment on boots.
Amulet with crit multiplier, extra damage.
Overall need to balance dexterity or take more dex from passive skill tree.
