Heavy Strike. Spark Totems - Path of Exile (3.1 Abyss)
2732 builds that i tried but did not finish: Heavy strike with 40% chance to do double damage using Oni-Goroshi unique sword and Spark build using 2 Shimmeron unique wands, while also using totems to negate their drawback. More info below including time stamps.
