I could not combat the emptiness inside me after finishing this game, and I learned that there may be a way to affect the ending a tiny amount. Not least, my two cubs, Strawberry and Silver, never got a chance at exploring the environment, thus I am bending the laws of nature and rewinding time a bit to remedy this. It is now family time.
This bonus episode ultimately explores a slightly more wholesome version of the unavoidable outcome while showing some aspects of the game missed in the prior episodes, plus some more rambly thoughts of mine on this all.
I welcome you to my lets play Endling first impression and, as you may see, I am not particularly good at games, but I do enjoy journeying through the highly atmospheric and immersive experiences they provide, and hopefully, so will you.
As the last mother fox on Earth, your cubs need all your care to survive in a merciless world that slowly destroys itself. You have to help them, teach them and save them. And you should never forget that extinction is forever – in the real world and in this 2023 BAFTA award winning experience.
