Enemy Not Enemy: TroubleShoot

I clearly have objects as Enemy and Action objects, the Action Objects act correctly but for some reason, the enemys are not responding as Enemy's.

I think this issue has something to do with the PowerUp Action but have no clue, any assistance is appreciated
