In this video, I'll be discussing how to handle overwhelming emotions as an ENFP. As an INFP, I've often struggled with intense feelings, and I've found that gaining better emotional regulation has been crucial for my well-being.

One thing I've learned is that emotions have a natural course that takes about 90 seconds to run. When we prolong emotions by delaying or suppressing them, or by fueling them with our thoughts and actions, they can become more intense and last longer. That's why it's important to allow emotions to run their course and simply experience them.

Of course, this is easier said than done. But with practice and self-awareness, I've found that I'm better able to recognize when I'm experiencing high or low emotions and regulate them accordingly. Over time, I've developed emotional "calisthenics" abilities that have helped me to navigate emotions more effectively and with greater ease.

If you're an ENFP struggling with overwhelming emotions, I hope this video helps you gain better emotional regulation and self-understanding. Let's work together to improve our well-being and live our best lives!
