In this series I will be testing the bots to see how well they perform in first; the Valve campaigns and then if I get to Cold Stream, we'll move onto custom campaigns. All games on normal difficulty with some betaesque gameplay changes. Let me outline a few things:
This is being played with many bot improvement mods (particularly Sourcemod Plugins)
Saccade speed (basically how fast bots can flick) increased to 9999.
A bot fixes plugin which'll basically cheat some Valve campaigns and automatically activate some buttons without input from the bots I assume.
Grenade using bots
Ammo pack deployers
All bots prefer magnums
Defib using bots .
For some reason I have to warp the bots out of the starting area now to get them to play even though before this wasn't the case, not sure what causes this.
As you can tell I'm using a personal compilation of mods to give l4d2 a beta overhaul. Also, sorry if this is a bit disorientating as the bots can spaz out their view, but it should be more memey than annoying.
Had to record this in two parts unfortunately as I got a camera bug on the No Mercy finale since it uses that weird camera angle when you die (thx Valve)
