My Enhanced Nintendo MIDI collection consists of MIDI files I sequenced and routed through my Yamaha Motif ES8 keyboard, utilising its rather nice-sounding General MIDI samples. The staff view was played with Cakewalk Express and the presentation was recorded with CamStudio. All instruments use the standard MIDI patches unless otherwise noted. To follow the notes in the sequence and to ensure the best sound quality, viewing full screen in 720p (HD) is strongly advised.

Also considered the theme of Peach's personal board, this charming tune plays as you tread on a giant cake. Part of the Super Mario Bros. theme features toward the end of the composition that Yasunori Mitsuda arranged, which helps to make this celebratory dessert theme suitable for a secondary pick commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Super Mario Bros..

When I first started this sequence in 1999, I stopped after the second part and thus never submitted it to VGMusic. You could say this is my ("Peach's") special treat (Cake(walk MIDI)). The piano parts were particularly challenging to transcribe, as well as the dynamic percussion.
