Enhanced refreezing without Re-Freeze (32.0 bug)

11Enhanced Freeze apparantly can refreeze bloons despite not actually having Re-Freeze. Ugh, Ninja Kiwi sure gotta put a heck of a lot of bugs to Ice Monkey throughout updates; it is so consistent.
What is worse than freezing an update? Getting unfrozen in the midst of September 2022. Burning hot on my end. Maybe I just put too many thermals on throughout the winter, haha.
