Today StevieB is going to tell us about the forgotten game mechanic. How to skill jammer for defense against Mindforce attacks.

Just like Evader is defense from creatures and Dodger is defense from robots Jammer is defense from Mindforce attacks. The only issue is there is no creature in game that uses Mindforce attacks which means there is no way to skill against it while playing in regular areas.

While Jammer does have some cross over skills the easiest way to increase your jammer profession is by actually being attacked by Mindforce.

You can go to any PVP area, preferably non-lootable, and you and a friend can take turns attacking each other with Mindforce to skill this rare defense skill. This is also a good opportunity to skill Mindforce and to get some extra fapping skills.

There are some areas, such as Zychion Citadel and Fortress Invincible, which can be turned into PVP areas if you pay to create an event. The upside to paying to create an event is you may be able to set the event to lower decay and ammo consumption by 90%. While this method would require you to spend some PED up front you may be able to offset that cost with the reduced cost of the decay and ammo burn.

Skilling Jammer in a PVP area with a friend may not be for everyone. It will cost money and take time. But if you are wanting to really boost your Mindforce defense because you plan to spend some serious time doing PVP then this may be the lost game mechanic you've been looking for.
