0This is how I do to stealth this mission.
Also some tips:
You only need a blowtorch for this mission. And a pistol too.
You can knock all the elite operatives out in Operations if you're fast enough. If you dont get it, here: 8:54-9:08

01:07-Going to the bombs
01:23-Going to security first before the bombs
01:32-Hacking the cams so i cant get spotted while im doing
01:38-Going to the bombs now
01:47-Getting my equipment ready and getting the two bombs
02:05-Going to Development
04:46-Planting the bombs on the servers
04:56-Getting out of the servers
04:59-Going to the bombs(again)
05:13-I forgot, I need to get the elite disguise
05:15-Trying to lure the elite operative
05:30-Knocking the elite operative out
05:33-Getting the disguise(again)
05:39-Bagging the elite operative(again)
05:44-Going to the bombs now(again and again)
06:13-Getting the equipment bag and taking all the bombs
06:20-Going to Operations
08:57-Knocking out all the elite operatives(only if you're fast enough)
09:07-Getting the vault keycard and the code
09:15-Waiting the hack to be done(and planting the bombs)
12:54-Got the code and now going to Workshop
