Epic Games have long had a number of incentives to get developers to publish on their Epic Game Store including royalty free licenses of Unreal Engine, a generous 88/12 revenue split and more.

Now they have launched the First Run program program. If you publish your game first (and for 6 months) on the Epic Game Store, you get 100% of the revenue! Additionally you get extra promotions and other incentives. You can also sell your game on your own game store or other stores that work via key redemption like Humble and Green Man Gaming.
