314As Epic v Apple nears its May trial date, the documentation submitted by both parties has reached, ahem...epic proportions.
But while certain forums and outlets attempt to tease out interesting details, the ramifications on the case are a bit more complicated...especially when one of the litigants is having absolutely no trouble making $1B capital raises (and from groups, like Sony, that have an interest in the litigation) seemingly whenever it likes.
Epic's fundraising drops might be better labeled as "Legendary"...in Virtual Legality.
