I would make the Royal Rumble the last weekend of January.

Every winner, both men and women will win the championship at Mania for the next 10 years, even if its the NXT championship and NXT womens championship.

Night 1 would be main evented by the womens rumble at 30 women.

Night 2 would be main evented by the mens rumble at 40 men.

There will be one minute and thirty seconds between entrances.

You can advertise 5 wrestlers for the womens Rumble at the most, leaving 25 surprise entrances.

You can advertise 8 wrestlers for the mens Rumble, leaving 32 surprise entrances.

This will give more breathing room to the events, give us more matches and more content.

This will bring in more money for WWE, the wrestlers, the stadium, and everyone working it.
