You fight Eranog in two phases. You start in the main phase. Tanks swap when the Burning Wound tank debuff starts to hurt, or on two stacks. Avoid the Molten Cleave frontal cone, which is easier if you're not hyper far off in ranged.
Players that Eranog marks with Flamerift should get out of the middle and loosely group to drop their puddles and Tarasek adds in one place. Slow, CC and rinse down those adds before their Fixate spreads them out too much.
At 100 energy, Eranog will pulse raid damage and summon a collapsing ring of Primal Fire elementals. Mark and focus one down to make a safe gap through the ring. Healers can use a cooldown if needed.
Heroic Eranog gets the addition of Molten Spikes. Dodge them when they spawn in and stay clear of them, since they'll explode when Eranog casts Incinerating Roar.
