[Escape] #13 - Shower Room || 999 (Interactive, 100%)
Part 13 of my interactive 100% playthrough of 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors on the Nintendo DS.
In this part, we solve the Shower Room. As always, here's some explanations for the puzzles found in the room:
—— The Drain Pipes ——
To start this puzzle, you'll need to investigate the drain pipe door under the shower. Once you have the luminol, just spray it on the wall with the letters written with blood, then turn off the light with the switch not too far to the left. Three more letters will appear. Thes full letter combination represents the direction the levers must be set on each pipe, in the same order as they're shown (L = Left, R = Right). Once all the levers are placed correctly, the drain in the center of the room will overflow.
—— The Card Reader ——
To start this puzzle, you'll need to investigate the card reader next to the exit door. At this point, you should have found 2 key cards and 3 different notes with numbers on it. Start by swapping the cards in the card reader (red, then blue) to activate the keypad, then add all three numbers you found. The answer of that addition is the 4-digit code you need. Solving this puzzle will unlock the exit door.
