Escape from Tarkov | Upgrading from Standard to the Edge of Darkness
26We're investing in the future of Tarkov.
We've upgraded to the Edge of Darkness edition, and we've done it at full price. As a Tarkov N00B, I considered playing the 12.12 wipe and waiting for a sale before upgrading. However, after pondering my life choices and being Head/Eyes a few times, I decided to pay full price to support the developers of the game and invest in the future of Tarkov. As a software developer I felt compelled to do what I could to support the development of the game. Even if I stopped playing the game today, which isn't going to happen, I'm glad I've invested in the developers and larger #EFT community.
Escape from Tarkov is incredible fun, and while I've been killed A LOT, the community at large is super inviting and I'm glad I've taken the leap into downtown Tarkov; now with a little yellow crown next to my name.
