ESCAPTING YOUR FAMILY'S WEB OF DENIAL |Toxic Family Dynamics
Difficult and toxic people and family members can behave badly in such a way that you begint to question whey you are still in contact with them.
When things go wrong in a toxic or dysfunctional family dynamic, it is likely you may be blamed (i.e., become the scapegoat), minimized, or disregarded and cast aside as someone who should be ousted in the family.
Denial, lies, deceit, and even fantasy can all create a worsening toxic family dynamic.
In this live chat, I discuss te psychology of relationship fantasy and denial.
